Deal alert: London to 7 European destinations from £17 return in September and October
As the travel industry reopens following COVID-19 shutdowns, TPG suggests that you talk to your doctor, follow health officials’ guidance and research local travel restrictions before booking that next trip. We will be here to help you prepare, whether it is next month or next year.
The U.K. government’s ever-changing travel corridor list means that we can kiss goodbye to seeing out summer on many of our favourite European beach destinations. So, we got to looking for city break alternatives across Europe where a cheeky weekend to see out summer is still possible.
Choose from Bologna (BLQ), Budapest (BUD), Cologne (CGN), Milan (BQY), Oslo (TRF), Pisa (PSA) and Prague (PRG) with fares starting as low as just £17 return. Enjoy a traditional pasta dish at the birthplace of bolognese in Bologna or climb the 533 steps of Cologne’s cathedral for breathtaking views of the city.
To book, head to Ryanair’s website and enter Stansted (STN) as your departure city and the city of choice as your arrival destination. Then, all you need to do is use the built-in calendar function to find the best fares and dates for you.
Remember, Ryanair‘s lowest fares don’t include a checked bag. But, if you’re clever with your packing, that shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Don’t forget: flying low-cost doesn’t mean you have to have a low-cost experience. Check out our guide on how to upgrade your low-cost experience.
