By getting those 50 bonus Qpoints, you can get the Silver Status (Oneworld Ruby) with a single business-class roundtrip to Asia, as you’d need 150 Qpoints, and would be getting: 120 Qpoints + 50 Bonus Qpoints = 170 Qpoints

The 2,500 (or 7,500) Qmiles will sadly not be enough for a long-haul flight. You can get a oneway economy-class flight between Doha and Muscat for 7,000 miles + taxes & fees. For a oneway flight between Central Europe and Doha, you’ll need at least 29,000 Qmiles. In business class, it’s even 58,000 Qmiles.

You can, however, transfer Membership Rewards Points to the Privilege Club at a 5:4 ratio. Additionally, Qatar Airways is currently waiving the booking fee, meaning that you’ll be paying much less.
