Aegean Airlines promotion: Kids fly for free this summer!

The greek flag carrier airline Aegean Airlines has launched its newest promotion offering an interesting option for those of you planning to fly with kids. If you will book your ticket in the next few days your kids will fly for free this summer with Aegean airlines! This offer works until the end of October 2022 so this is a great option if you want to travel in the main tourist season 2022 and visit one of many beautiful destinations in Greece and beyond!

• The offer only applies to new bookings made from 17/02/2022 until 02/03/2022 for flights with AEGEAN or Olympic Air from 15/03/2022 until 31/10/2022 and includes at least 1 adult and at least 1 child or infant.

• The offer is valid for bookings at any Economy Class (Light, Saver, Flex, ComfortFlex) and Business Class fare of AEGEAN and Olympic Air through AEGEAN or Olympic Air website or Aegean App for direct or connecting flights.
• The offer includes a 100% discount for ticket for children (2-12 years old) and infants (0-2 years old), 1 free extra checked baggage per booking (up to 23kgr for Economy Class fare, up to 32kg for Business Class fare), 30% discount on seat selection, 20% discount for pets, double Miles+Bonus miles and 10% discount on Airport Transfers.
• The offer does not apply to children traveling alone.
• Flights include all domestic and international destinations, direct and connecting flights. The offer applies for flights with AEGEAN or Olympic Air and they do not apply for codeshare flights.
• Discounts are applied on all direct fares and fuel surcharges of the child’s fare (2-12 years) and infant’ fare (0-2 years) and not the total value of the ticket.

• The discount of the child/infant ticket, as well as the free extra baggage, are applied through bookings via all available channels, only during the initial booking of the ticket. The 30% discount on seat selection and the 20% discount for the addition of a pet to the reservation are applied only through bookings via the digital channels of AEGEAN and Olympic air (AEGEAN and Olympic Air websites & AEGEAN app), during the initial booking of the ticket and through the service of «My booking». This discount is not applied through the check-in. The 30% discount on seat selection and the 20% discount for the addition of a pet to the booking will only be valid when the promotional code “FAMILYOFFER” is entered in the “promotional code” field displayed in the booking form or through “My Booking” service until March 2nd. The promotional code cannot be used along with a credit voucher/another promotional code for the discount for the addition of a pet and/or seat selection, as described in the offer. In case the ticket includes 2 flights, both need to be done till 31/10/2022, otherwise the promotional code cannot be proceeded.
• The 10% discount on Airport Transfers is applied only through the Airport Transfer website https://transfers.aegeanair.com/ when entering the promotional code “FAMILY10” in the payment step. The promotional code can be used until March 2nd.
• The seat selection follows the rules for trips with children and or infants https://en.aegeanair.com/travel-information/seat_types/.
• Ticket change of the discounted child ticket, as well as the free extra baggage, can be performed during the promo period through all AEGEAN and Olympic Air channels, according to the fare rules and fare difference may apply.

• The extra miles that will be credited refer to award miles in the Miles+Bonus program. The offer of extra miles is valid only when the booking is via online channels (AEGEAN, Olympic Air site and AEGEAN app). The extra award miles will be credited to Miles+Bonus accounts up until 15 working days upon the completion of each flight and provided that the Member has entered Miles+Bonus member ID during reservation and as long as all promo’s conditions are met.
• There is no charge for a debit and credit card transaction. In case of cancellation, the regulations corresponding to each fare category apply.
  • An infant is a child who has not yet reached his/her 2nd birthday during his/her entire trip.
  • If the infant turns 2 while travelling, a separate seat must be booked for him/her at the Child Fare for the entire journey.
  • The Child Fare is for children between the ages of 2 and 12.
  • If the child turns 12 while travelling, the regular fare must be bought for him/her for the entire journey
