There are cheap flights between London and the capital city Sofia, the Bulgarian seaside resorts, Varna or Bourgas, with low-cost carrier WIZZ Air for just £16 for a return ticket. This price is for WIZZ Discount Club members when traveling on their Basic fare with an under-seat carry-on item. If you are not a WIZZ Discount Club member then cheap flights are still available for only £26 with their Basic fare. As with other low-cost airline tickets, you could also fly from Varna to Liverpool and return back to Bulgaria with this deal. These flights depart from London Luton or Gatwick airport with prices for a roundtrip and inclusive of all taxes, fees, and one item of under-seat carry-on luggage. Overhead and checked luggage is available for an additional fee.
